Perform all aspects of the Race & Sports Book office procedures including but not limited to the following:.Assist with Race & Sports Book Ticket Seller training.Order wagering information for racing and sports – programs, sports sheets, etc.Schedule video programming for the Race & Sports Book to include horse racing simulcasts and all sports wagering contests made available by the Delaware Lottery.Conduct regular personnel evaluations of operations specialists and ticket sellers.Coordinate and schedule an appropriate staff of operations specialists and ticket sellers based on business volume.
